⚡Part of genius EIP-4337 is that for its operation it is not required to do anything on the blockchain itself.
Instead, it uses a higher level infrastructure so it runs on any compatible EVM chain already TODAY.

It is allowed. It was deployed on Polygon and it is planned to deploy the infrastructure on all EVMs that we can work on.
