Building the HareTeam has been one of the most exciting and exciting moments of my career. I have always been passionate about the idea of building a strong and effective team and I am proud to say that HareTeam is the result of many years of work and effort.

My job includes managing resources and budget, ensuring team growth and creating a structure that allows my colleagues to work comfortably. I am also involved in the selection of new team members, training and development of current employees and ensuring their motivation and loyalty.
