My main task is to maintain activity in the community, involve participants in communication and exchange of experience, as well as disseminate information about new events and projects. To do this, I use various communication channels, such as social networks, forums, email and instant messengers.

As a professional community manager, I also analyze the activity of the participants and determine their needs and interests in order to tailor the content and events to them.
